   We hired Graham to handle the sale of our business, and unfortunately our experience with him was extremely disappointing. Throughout the entire process he was unprofessional and consistently unresponsive. We had to follow up repeatedly just to move things forward, which added unnecessary stress to an already important transaction. After the deal was completed, Graham held our funds in his trust account for more than a week. It was only after several requests and a lengthy phone call that he finally agreed to release the money. To this day, he has not provided us with a final statement outlining his fee, broker fee, or the other deductions he made from the settlement amount. Based on our experience, if you want to disappoint yourself and add avoidable stress to your business sale, then you can contact him. Otherwise, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere for someone who will handle your transaction with professionalism and transparency.
