I have never come across such poor communication from any company I have dealt with, after going to the company to understand a engine light issue we paid for an investigation report to be carried out and was told following the report they would call me to discuss the next steps and findings, several phone calls, I was promised someone would contact me, several emails later and still nothing, almost 1 year later Iβve given up, I canβt believe a company can just ignore emails or not even apologies for the delays, just silence - I asked for the receptionist Tarsh to have her manager call me, still nothing. We will never be using or recommending this company. I can see from other reviews many have experienced extremely poor customer service - suggest people take time to read reviews to avoid unnecessary costs and poor customer service experience.

Marty and the team have been awesome in helping me find a decent Golf GTI to purchase with pre sale inspections etc. Regularly going above and beyond, thanks heaps!

I had to recently get my car repaired due to a faulty ignition that left my car stranded. The team at Volkspower were amazing, from the fast reply to my inquiry to the service and even the simple last minute addition of changing the key battery the team of Tarsh and Marty were brilliant. They even worked directly with the tow comp[any so i didn't have any stress getting the car there (really helpful as I was stuck at work) . If you need 5 star service you need to see Volkspower.

I have been regular customer for the past 5+ years. Fantastic and very customer friendly team, walking extra mile to ensure your car is taken care of, at reasonable prices. I always trust that they will find best solution to either car issues or perform regular service. The team certainly knows their stuff and specialise in VW cars. Additionally they are authorised for WOF, so best is to do annual maintenance and inspection at the same time. If you need you can request a loan car or just wait few hours in nearby cafe around the corner.

Regularly took my modern VW there for servicing for years. Regularly charged $400+ and all they did in reality was change the oil, oil filter and windscreen wash. After last "service" they told me I would need new rear shocks before my next WOF. Having only ever replaced the brake pads in 9.5 years I was fairly certain that more work would be required, however they were rather unwilling to take my word for it. Just took the car elsewhere - brakes were totally shot (full front and back replacement pads, rotors etc) and would not have saved me if I'd needed them, drive train cracked and worn, all shocks, wheel bearings, spark plugs, brake fluid replaced, oil air & cabin filters, coolant... the list goes on. It now (unsurprisingly) drives like a new car! Previously I had a fault light relating to the airbags on for two WOFs which they passed both times, said they'd cleared the fault but as soon as I drove away it came back on and turns out there was a broken part that needed replacing. If you have a specific VW fault then maybe but for general preventative maintenance and servicing to keep you safe in a road worthy vehicle, then not recommended. Lazy mechanics at best.

Perry was great to deal with, cheerful and I appreciated the communication and the offer to do the service. He came across very knowledgeable and I appreciated the note about the DM flywheel and the confirmation that the clutch was still in good condition. It's good to know your car is in the hands of experts who know these vehicles well. Also Marty has helped us out in the past supplying a couple of bolts free of charge which was appreciated. Cheers

Iβm absolutely disappointed in the service and communication from Volkspower. I took my car here to do some repairs and a service. I received a quote of $2200 which I agreed to. It took one month to complete the repairs and I had little to no communication with them. The only time I did was when I chased them up myself. There was no updates on cost or how they were progressing with the repairs. Upon the completion of the job I was shocked to find the total cost to be $4200!! I understand that there was complications that arose, however it was a simple fuse in the end which should have been checked in the early stages. How can they think that it is okay to charge someone double the quote without communication. Will never be using their services in the future. Donβt make the same mistake I did in trusting them.
