If you experience any issues in a blended family and have a child that is alienated and brainwashed by the other parent, you will not get anywhere with this company. They believe the alienated child and parent, they donβt even pick up the phone to investigate any facts from the step parent or step children that have been hurt, so they operate on what the child and full time parent says, which is so incredibly sad when the child is brainwashed and they canβt see that, they will never be able to truely help the situation. They donβt care or look at any evidence you have to support the bizarre case- instead ask the alienated parent in front of the child why are they wasting their time?? This only cementing the alienation further. Now there is a little girl out there completely alienated from a loving family environment.

To be honest the service was absolutely rubbish they didnβt listen to a word I said it was so bias. From a father that actually went to them for help with a range of things and they did nothing everything I said was dismissed and disregarded this system broken they need people in there that actually want to help.
