Got my car serviced at Tony’s, Robert and the team did an amazing job with my car. I was informed very well about my car and got an advice on the things that I need to do later on with my car. Very accommodating team. Will be sticking with this shop for all of my car needs.
I’m Tony’s tyre’s customer for years now. Have been to their lot many stores in North and South islands. But this branch people have zero respect for customers. They are soo rude, worst experience I ever had and even twice. No good for the company. No idea why they hired wrong people in the customer service. This store deserves 0 stars.
Had my 4 tyres and and a wheel alignment done. Service was amazing from the very start when I requested the Quote, Joshua Netto from the service team was super friendly and helpful. And the team at Tony’s Birmingham were excellent too. I will always use Tony’s for any of my future needs.
I went in for just tyres. While in the waiting room where free coffee etc was available i reveived an email of a video that shows the mechanic going over my vehicle checking things from shocks, wipers etc i was blown away by this. A fantastic, friendly and a super professional service. A great price and availability too. Absolutely would recommend.A breath of fresh air.Thanks for a great service.
Really lovely to deal with especially being a female on my own where I have been taken advantage of at other places. Really kind staff who explained things easily. Excellent with the time it took to do my wheel alignment. Highly impressed. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended.
The staff are incredibly friendly, both the females over the phone (sweet voice)and the salesperson , Mark?. The guys who did the installation were also great. Despite arriving earlier than the appointment time, they finished the job within 40 minutes. Not to mention the comfortable waiting room and complimentary coffee. Thank you!
Amazing Service. Love the video feature as it really helped me understand what was done and any issues with the car. Extremely happy with value and great staff! They even vacuumed the car for me!

My tyre was punctured and unrepairable. It was replaced with a new one using my tyre insurance(best offer i got from tony's tyre). After new tyre was installed, i was asked if i like to apply for insurance for my new tyre which i said yes. But the system(or internet) is not working that time so i was asked to go back the next day, so i did but system is still not working and was told that i will just be rang when its fixed. It has been almost 3 months now and i havent recieved any calls yet.
Extremely happy with the excellent service provided by the team today. Very competitive prices, and the duty manager kindly allowed me to use their courtesy car to run an errand locally whilst new tyres were being fitted. Thanks again!
