10/10.. have finally found my hairdresser. The 2 girls that were in today were so welcoming. Very chatty, lovely and talented. I walked out feeling so good and have already book again!! Can’t wait to come back!!
Visited bloom and received a ‘chemical cut’. The photos show the most obvious burnt hair at the crown & can clearly see the hair burnt throughout the entire scalp with uneven breakages. I paid $300 for this and my concerns and heartbreak completely unacknowledged. Bloom has cost me thousands of dollars in restoration and severe distress.
Asked for a soft but volumising pixie - with a longer fringe. Look like I've been to the military barber and belong in a men's rugby scrum. Wish I could post a photo to show the results of the so called "professional styling" I received.
I absolutely love Renee and everyone here. I've been getting my hair done here exclusively for over 3 years and highly recommend them.
Since Renee took over this business middle of this year I no longer have to travel to Hamilton to get my hair done, the staff are so friendly and professional and the salon looks great and very reasonable prices, also just like to say the salon assistant which is also a makeup artist is doing a fantastic job.
