   Was skeptical at first have had so many physio sessions with new physios as we have just moved to the area but was desperate to get this neck/shoulder blade pain under control. Has been on going for the last 4 months and all I got was more strengthing excersies to do... Wasn't sure what to expect from Vivi with the Acupuncture and weird cupping machine. First time I lay on my stomach and an hour doing that is bit hard so then Vivi said I could sit for the proceedures which I now do and read my book during treatment. You get 10 sessions under ACC. After the 4th session I couldn't quite believe that my pain level had dropped from a 10 to basically a 2 I thought it was my imagination. But have had my 5th session and still feel 100% better than I ever have. So highly recommend Vivi. The practice is on a main road but there is plenty of parking down the driveway..Once again thank you Vivi.

   Over the past year, I’ve been struggling with unexplained extreme fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, and nausea. These symptoms kept coming and going, making it impossible for me to live a normal life, which was incredibly frustrating and painful. During this time, I had multiple blood tests, went to the emergency room twice, and consulted three specialists, but all the results came back normal. On a friend’s recommendation, I started traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbal treatment with Vivi. She accurately assessed what I needed to recover. Following her guidance, I took herbal medicine on time, massaged specific points daily, adjusted my diet, and incorporated moderate exercise. Now, my energy levels and mental state have recovered about 90%, and I’m so happy to finally live a normal life again. I’m especially grateful to Vivi for helping me overcome these health challenges.

   Vivi is so lovely, gentle and caring. This was my first time experiencing acupuncture and cupping because I don’t do too well with needles, and she was mindful of this. Being gentle and communicating with me the whole time. I didnt even feel them most the time - completely painless! I had sessions over 3 weeks to heal a strained arm. Very cheap with ACC! I will definitely come back if I need acupuncture in the future. Thank you Vivi!
