On their last day of the year just before Christmas, the team stayed open past 5pm to help me with an excruciating ear problem. They were excellent in all areas and fixed everything in 15 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough! Legends.
Amazing experience. Hannah went above and beyond to fit my step-daughter in after the doctor said her ear was blocked with wax. Carefully explained the process and made sure she was at ease the whole time.
I would highly recommend coming to Ear care. My son is very sensitive with his ears and it is always a struggle to get the doctor to check his ears. Hannah was amazing with him and managed to clean his ears out with no hassle. She made him feel so comfortable and talked to him through the process, which made him relax.
Di is reassuring, friendly and professional. This was my first visit to an ear clinic - I should have gone years ago. The plug of wax removed was a grim surprise! Thank you Di, I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.
Was in and out within 20 minutes including paper work. One of the most worthwhile purchases I’ve done in a very long time, completely changed my life as my ears were very blocked and causing extreme discomfort. The lady that worked on my ears was very informative and caring, explaining the process and taking into account the pain I might feel. Would recommend anyone to get their ears cleaned especially from this place!
