   Good clinic, but just a quick “warning” You might want to decline having a sealant appiled. It ruins teeth They buffer and shave into the teeth to apply this and it throws the teeth out of alignment ruins there teeth and makes the teeth crooked because the molars have been shaved into. They practically shave the little grooves off. And teeth are supposed to match like a puzzle so if you think your child has had a seal applied, I would suggest you check the top teeth and feel the grooves and make a complaint to the disability and ACC this can cause so many problems that you don’t even know what happening to your child migraines their teeth are shifting and you definitely want to make sure they haven’t applied it to there adult teeth because they’ll throw them off completely they lose muscle in their face It ruins their teeth Big time

   What an experience we had today! In my 36 years of life, I have never come across a dental surgery quite like this one! The ladies were so informative and gental & in having such exceptional work ethics my child felt safe & was able to complete the work & even have an injection with no anxiety at all which just blew me away! It was such an amazing experience that it actually felt healing for my own dental trauma, seeing such care and professionalism take place. I just want to thank Northcote community dental nurses for the time care & effort they put in for our kids, it isnt unnoticed & for parents like me, it's appreciated more than you would ever know. Merry Christmas.

   My son had to get 2 fillings and the dentist who saw him was great, she explained everything, talked to him about what she was doing, was really positive with him. Thank you Gemma for making my sons visit a positive one.

   Very limited help. 2yo showing signs of decay. I knew it was from me not brushing regularly. Yet dentist insisted it was because I was breastfeeding a 2 year old. Apparently I should stop (which goes against WHO guidelines) or wake them to wash after feeding. What a great recommendation to sleep derived parents. No information or help on brushing despite me saying i was struggling with it. Wrote a complaint email that was never responded to. Was put on a 6 month recall in June 2021 and we are still waiting.

   Staff are great. Car parking at school pick up can be a pain as school parents park in the dentist carpark... and their parking isnt great
