   Had a car transported from Auckland to Christchurch. It arrived a day earlier than the vehicle tracker predicted. No noticable damage and friendly service at Christchurch end. The vehicle tracker is not all that up to date with the movement of the shipment but that is no biggy. Happy with service and would use again if required. To my mind,the Company is deserving of the 5 stars awarded.

   It seems petrol has gone missing. 1/4 of a tank in Napier. 30 km later in Chch and 10 litres only got it to the red line. The pick up staff seemed to think it was funny it had so little petrol left. Wonder where it went. It was picked up from a motor garage and their records are pretty accurate e.

   Brought a car online. Looked online at all the company’s for transport from South Island to North Island. Found Car Distribution Group to be the cheapest of the lot so went ahead with them. So decided to go with them. Car was noted prior to leaving with them as NO DAMAGED AT ALL prior to leaving the South Island. Car arrived with a DAMAGED front right fog light and they were not willing to hear one bit of it. Told me to go talk to my insurance. I will never be using them again. Might be cheaper than the other company’s but beware your car will likely arrived damaged and you have to pay for the damage caused by them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. BE AWARE! Would definitely be paying little more next time from another company which will at least take more care during transit and be liable for their own damaged.    Vehicle was damaged transporting from Nelson to Invercargill. damaged by company. However the terms "transportation at owners risk" company will not help at all. We now have a damaged car to repair. Be very careful. I will not use this company again.

   My vehicle was being shipped from Auckland and after 1 week of delays was still in Auckland. No feedback or customer service. If you can find another shipper - might be best.
