I always go to Off the Rac first whenever I shop. I have never once been disappointed with the lovely, helpful staff, not in your face but always at hand. The range of product is excellent, and I do enjoy their loyalty programme as the points are not time sensitive. Easy parking is an added benefit. Thank you to all the staff.
Personally I go out of my way to travel to Off The Rac because its so important to retain locally owned retail who are providing great service. They suit my vibe and I encourage you to shop there too!

I can not rate this shop highy enough! Clothes are gorgeous and reasonably priced. But the service, outstanding! I completely trust the ladies there to dress me. I feel like I am visiting friends when I go there.
The woman who served me today was just delightful. She was vibrant, and knew her product well. Her suggestions were brilliant, and for someone who just cruised browsing, I ended up purchasing 2 new outfits due to her wonderful customer service. She even helped me find the pants the didnt have in stock elsewhere. Will absolutely be back again. Thankyou.
