   I went to Essential Dental for a hygienist clean. I had my children (newborn and toddler) with me, and essential dental were chill with that and there was a lift so the pram could go up and down. The hygienist I had, and her assistant (both women) were so fantastic letting me breast feed while in their dental chair, and the dental hygienist had amazing communication skills and understood I needed local anaesthetic to get the clean done as I have very sensitive teeth. Was fantastic!

   Samantha is always incredibly kind, gentle, informative, efficient and makes me finally feel comfortable at a dental practice! They even let me take my baby along while I had my teeth cleaned, very great service!

   This was by far the worst dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I get my teeth cleaned every year and have done so consistently for the past five or six years — never have I had such a terrible experience. I had my appointment on June 6. After a 15-minute examination, the hygienist told me they could only clean half of my teeth and that I would need to come back for a second appointment to finish the rest. I wasn’t given much of a choice, so I reluctantly agreed. The next day, June 7, my lower jaw became swollen, I developed a fever, and felt generally unwell all day. On the morning of June 8, I woke up with a mouth full of blood and clots — it was honestly frightening（show some photos). By June 9, the swelling still hadn’t gone down. I’ve had many dental cleanings before and never experienced anything remotely like this. I called the clinic to ask what might have gone wrong, but instead of offering any real help, they told me I’d need to book (and pay for) another appointment with the dentist to get checked out. At this point, I feel completely let down and taken advantage of. I have no intention of returning to Essential Dental. This was an awful experience, and I absolutely would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

   I haven't been to a dentist in a long time so wasn't sure what to expect, but Essential Dental put my mind at ease with their lovely friendly service, and amazing caring nature's. I had a dental emergency extraction due to pain, I got an appointment on the same day and came out feeling so much better. I can't thank you all enough. (I was seen by Lydia Lim). Edited to add - the clinic itself was absolutely stunning, well lit, warm and very clean!

   Recently visited and Highly recommend Essential Dental! Kevin is a Fantastic dentist. He was professional, courteous, and provided useful tips on oral hygiene. The clinic was clean, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

   Everybody at Essential Dental is welcoming and highly professional, and they provide a totally calm and relaxing environment. I had advice on the treatment needed and felt listened to when I asked questions and discussed the issues. I had a broken tooth restored to its former glory by Lydia, early this week. There was no pain afterwards and I was shown before and after photos at the end of the appointment. My tooth looks new! I have more dental work to be done and have huge confidence in the Essential Dental team seeing to that for me. Thanks to the great team there.
