   I recently used the Merch Kings team to put transfer images onto 2 ties for gifts to our dads on our wedding day! Levina was able to take 2 original photos from 1995 and 2000 and scan them so clearly and turn them into transfer patches. We were SO pleased with the result and our dads were blown away, we will definitely back with any other printing needs!!!

   7 months of waiting for 4 items of clothing. Initially in July Merch Kings misprinted due to a previous employee removing our approved logo and sizes (which we were understanding of). It then took 3 months for the logo on file to be edited to match as close to previously printed clothing by Merch Kings/ previously named Screen Concepts. The replacement clothing wasn't ordered until I personally went in store after logo approved, by late November we were told no stock was available from that supplier. A month ½ later I rung to follow up order to be told there was stock in all sizes that we had ordered and they would now order. I was promised a new date and chased up after this date passed only to be told they had no ink for their DTG printer but had all clothing stock, again a new date was provided. The deadline passed again so again followed up to be told 1 item of clothing was outstanding but ink was readily available. It was at this point after 7 months (very patient in my opinion) we decided we had lost confidence as an organisation in Merch Kings ability to deliver. We were then asked if we would like our artwork on file, I instantly replied yes, 1 week on we still haven't been sent all our artwork. This entire 7 months has been me chasing Merch Kings rather than them communicating to me except when prompted. Be prepared to be very patient and expect to chase them for your items, Good Luck
