   I haven't used her services personally and if going off what I experienced on the roads by this person, I wouldn't want to. She is reckless and arrogant on the road. Tries to change lanes with no gaps and the required indication by law to do so. There was over 500m behind me she could've pulled into. But no. She flipped me off and tried to merge into my vehicle and when failing to do so. She did the same to the vehicle in front to the degree both horns were blasted as the outlander was forced to the side of the road. Her entitlement and arrogance is a danger on the road and I didn't appreciate her reckless behaviors endangering myself, my 12 year old son and my 4 month old baby in the back. The outlander driver and your own passenger. I had right of way. Not you. Learn the road code and have more respect. If this is your demeanor, you have no right to practicing in health. Who would trust you when you're prepared to push people off the road because you can't get in the proper lanes and feel entitlement to force spaces when there was ample room behind the cars. Rude. Arrogant and a danger on the road. No apology. Just arrogant.

   If I could give this lady a zero rating I would. Nothing holistic about it. Didn’t even get to making an appointment with her, her phone mannerism and professionalism is absolutely appalling. Maybe a language barrier as she sounded foreign. Regardless it’s choice of words were off putting, she gave off an ugly energy just by listening to its voice and attitude. you’d think for her old age she would’ve aged gracefully, she’s far from it she’s RUDE and ARROGANT.

   Jocelyn was rude and arrogant. Didn’t experience anything holistic about her. If I could rate her zero, I would. Her communication skills and customer service needs a lot of work.
