I have been training here since they opened 3 years ago. This is a Dojo, where instructors teach karate and self defence in a non threatening way. They are part of the MOKNZ organization. Highly recommended.
A safe, structured, supported training environment for 8 years old and up. The instructors are certified and well experienced . They often offer extra, intensive coaching for beginners to build confident at the start and throughout their kyokushin karate journey.
