Went today for my almost 4 year old's first haircut and I was so impressed. She has a kiddie's corner with an awesome bike chair, a dvd to watch and glitter in her hair after. My daughter was a bit anxious before but every effort was made to accomodate and she was super calm (and with the help of the DVD) was super still. Such a calming space as well as we were the only ones there. Lovely hair cut to boot, we are both really happy. A little my first haircut lock of hair box a certificate solidified the experience. Read the review and was lucky enough to get an appointment same day. Great set up for kids cuts. Very happy with the results and my son was very happy with the gentle cut, special chair, TV and lollypop. We will be back thank you.
Maxine did a wonderful job on our 13months old hair. She had the little TV playing, an awesome seat, basket of toys available and worked with him as he wriggled around. Fabulous!
I’ve been going to Maxine’s a number of years and happy with the job she does. I’ve seen her Interact with all types of people and was surprised that sue Ross had put a bad review on about herself being deaf and disabled. Clearly maxine hasn’t Encountered that technology before. And I would have done the same by thinking it was a prank call or a scam. Maybe you should have gotta someone like she said to call on your behalf. Then it would have been Understandable. So giving her a review was Unnecessary it was clearly not her fault that she didn’t know what was happening on the other end of the phone. Hopefully you will have some Decency to remove that post and move on.
