    I was impressed with the service I received from Deane Mark Auto Super Shop, Rickit road ,Te Awamutu : My car was leaking oil .It was not triggered by the usual causes .,and very hard to find . Only thanks to staff dedication and commitment ! ,they found it . As well , they kept me in the loop during the whole process ,and asked for my permission, before every next suggested option. Thanks Conrad . As always , the friendly reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. Thank you I can highly recommend this auto shop service .

    First time using Auto Super Shoppe in Te Awamutu and I'm very pleased I came across them online. Both friendly and knowledgable with great advice, and they were happy to keep costs down where possible, always checking in with me to see how I wanted to proceed.     Worst service I’ve ever experienced with any mechanic. Car was dropped off Monday morning for a radiator hose that had fallen off. I was contacted on Monday I was told my car would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday. Then got told on Wednesday not till the end of the week. Finally on Friday before long weekend they had put the new radiator hose in early that morning but didn’t test the engine until later that day. Comes Tuesday that they haven’t even finished with the car. Why is it taking so long? Still waiting to get my car which I have to travel to pick up. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, terrible communication I am always the one asking for updates. Just would also like to clarify that the response from the company below is utter nonsense and that is not true at all. We let the insurance company know what had happened and they were also surprised that they took so long to let the insurance know that the car is needing to be repaired. Insurance confirmed with us that it took them 3 days before contacting the insurance company when the reception had called on that Monday saying they will contact insurance asap. I also have a baby and had no car, they were aware of this. There also seems to be only one mechanic working on cars because the one that was working on my had to keep going to call outs which was why my car took so long to be fixed it’s not good enough. So unless you want to be mucked about for 2 weeks don’t go to them. I’d also like to add that my insurance informed us that they approved of the claim as soon as they received it so they were very quick just not the mechanic. We ended up taking our car to another mechanic after they had told us there was another problem about the alternator bearings. The machine at auto super shoppe don’t seem to know the difference from the alternator bearings and the steering columns as this is what we were told by a new mechanic

    I called up for a car service and they were able to fit me in within 24 hours! Awesome service, friendly staff, can’t fault anything. Will be back for future maintenance of my car!

    My experience is one of positivity and my expression is none other then absolute gratitude and appreciation. An experience I have never before had the privilege of facing where the service I had was beyond expectation from the people who worked on my car to the very core of reception where paper work stuff and those types of details are dealt with. I could not have asked for a better team of people to work on my car. I am obsessed lol and I will be back. Deane Mark, whoever you are, your Auto Electrical Yard is the BOMB DIGGITY!!! A GREAT circle of people there that know the know and do the do on point and on FIIIIRE!! There is no place I would rather recommend or trust. I'd also like to thank Chase Good for sending me to Deane Mark Auto Electricals, the BEST choice for a car anyone can make and should. Zero hassles, zero inconveniences, warm, welcoming and a feel at home type of feel good vibes all around. Zero complaints I am 100 percent impressed on so many different levels, Thank You is just not enough and human words cannot express Xx

    This was my second time having my car serviced here. Staff are friendly and ring to advise of any extra work that needs to be done so you don't get a shock when you pick your car back up.
