   Was very disappointed when I took a bite of the Gluten-free caramel slice and it was rancid. I did the take away option otherwise I would of asked for a refund.

   Indian guy at the counter and the other server were awesome. Never experienced this kind of service in any of the coffee shops I have been to, let alone in a Mitre10 one. Small spot but cozy, not too crowded compared to the other branches.

   Best hot chocolate i’ve had in a long time! Good temperature, flavour, and served with marshmallows as they should be! The staff were super friendly, greeting every customer and being patient. The wedges were yum, only criticism is that we needed more sauce! Would 100% recommend visiting this location.

   The muffin was great! Alas, the Iced Coffee was horrible; watery with no ice cream ("we're Dairy Free") but fake cream from a spray can was available. Go figure!!!

   Very nice service and quick too. Ordered 12 breakfast n came within 10 mins. Highly recommended. Although it is a little expensive 26$/head (breakfast n coffee) but then this is New Zealand. Eating out generally means at least 20$/head

   Stopped in here for breakfast while away for work. Staff were a little confusing about gluten free options. But food was nice, ordered Columbus breakfast & asked for my eggs to be friend and the yolks hard but it arrived with runny yolks. Coffees were nice.
