   If I could give these people less than one star I would. I came in 11am they asked me to come back in an hour and happily I said yes. I showed up again at 12 and was sat waiting for another hour. I was then sat at a nail chair for yet another hour, then she started my acrylics and half way through they started my toes. Around 2:45pm they then continued my nails after I had to make other arrangements to get home because my partner had work, which I had told them about. In the end I opted out of the design just so I could leave. At no point duering this encounter was I rude or loud or even hard to deal with. They did not do this to the white ladies who came in they were taken care of immediately. And on top of this, no tools were washed or disinfected during use. I would recommend going to hamilton for your nails if possible because they were absolutely terrible. 0 stars from me

   Expensive!!!! Not worth of $102 worth of acrylic nails. After getting it done i had burning sensation on my fingers for couple of days. Skin peeled off due to chemical burns. Had to use ice pack to calm the burning sensation.

   I had eyelash extensions done here & 5-6 days later they started falling out. By 10 days they were almost all gone. I went back to the store to show them, hoping they would fix them but they were extremely rude & just pointed to their policy that any concerns, or complaints, must be received within 3 days. This policy is against the fair trading act. They refused to fix them or give me a refund, despite the fact that this is in breach of the consumer guarantees act. Under this act, any goods or services purchased must be ‘fit for purpose’, lashes that fall out in less than a week are clearly not fit for purpose. I explained to them that I’ve had lashes done many times before at different clinics & they have always lasted at least 3 weeks, sometimes up to 4wks. I followed all the instructions given, as I always have & there was no changes in the facial products I use. They were not even polite enough to listen to my concerns, and just carried on about their 3 day policy. This business clearly cares more about money than customer satisfaction! Buyer beware! Shame on them!

   Pretty poor service, however Good application of gel polish. Waited 40mins with feet soaking in warm then water went cold before being attended too, even though I had actually booked my appt, they took in extra walk ins & left me sitting there for 40mins while they attended to the walk ins. I found this to be very rude. I had to ask her to give my feet a good scrub twice to remove all the dead skin... Something you'd think would be obvious with a Pedi.

   Relaxed atmosphere. Happy with gel nails. Went back 1 hr later for pedicure nail gel. Reclined in massage chair. No complaints. Will recommend

   Went in to repair a couple of my nails, and they did they the lot, very very happy with nails, they didn't hurt like the chop shops in hamilton, wonderful selection of colours, wheelchair friendly. Thanks ladies, very pleased:)

   Took forever, nails are wonky and the shaping is very inconsistent. The acrylic is pooled under my nails and my cuticles are bad from poor prep and so were damaged with the filing. For $70+ I won't be back.
