I was very grateful to get an early appointment. I thought my dentist Amelia(hope I have got her name right) was friendly and very professional. Her examination was very thorough. She gave me some useful advice regarding care of my teeth. Sally my hygienist was thorough in her work and also very friendly. I felt all the staff I met were helpful and efficient. Let's face it, no-one enjoys going to the dentist! But I have to say, when I visit Northwest Dental and Chris Kennedy I'm no longer filled with dread at the thought of a pending appointment - I instantly feel at ease on arrival and always leave very happy with a job well done. Chris is very gentle, knows his stuff, and he and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. I totally recommend!
Amelia is a lovely person who is always kind and empathetic. I never worry about an upcoming visit because she does her best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She is a fantastic dentist and I know any work she does is of the utmost quality.All the staff at Northwest Dental put me at my ease. I highly recommend the practice.
Have been here for a bout 1.5 years after recently moving to Christchurch. Have found them to be well organised and easy to book appointments with, and appointments actually start on time reliably. Other dentists have quoted really high prices and recommended quite invasive/expensive surgery right away for a weird tooth that I have, but I like that the team at Northwest suggested a conservative approach and took the time to see what solution would be best over the long run rather than just making money of my teeth. Have always found the team friendly and technically skilled so there is never any pain!
Always get the best of care, guidance on options and results from Chris and his team. Have been a patient for more years than I can remember!
Chris, Kirstine and their team have provided a professional, proactive and preventative approach to my dental care at a reasonable cost. This is exactly what I was looking for in a dental clinic.
Friendly and great service from reception and doctor. I was only in Christchurch for two days and needed a consultation on a painful jaw but also needed a clean before flying overseas in two days, no bookings available for the cleaning unfortunately. So I came in for the consultation and then doctor offered to do a quick clean before her next patient. Super super grateful for this as it was very difficult to get a clean while travelling, thank you so much!!
