I've been having issues with my shoulders and tried physio and acupuncture but they didn't help that much. Seeing Jarom at Sport & Spine has made a huge difference to my life and training. He gets to the root cause of the problem and gives excellent exercises to do easily at home. This combined with my appointments has reduced my shoulder pain greatly and I'm very appreciative of this. Highly recommend!
Excellent chiropractor, Jarom does lots of muscle work in tandem with the more standard chiropractic work. He also gives lots of exercises to do at home. Itβs a great service, and not only for sportspeople.
Fantastic, friendly service. Very knowledgeable and personally I felt very quick results. I had quite a bad shoulder issue with a lot of pain and poor range of movement. The first session sqe my pain reduced and within a few weeks it had cleared up. I come here for any physical issues as the treatments work well and aren't just about spinal realignment, there is a muscle release side of things which I haven't experienced with previous chiropractors. It is very effective, the alignments are always gentle and the technical side is always explained in an easy way for me to understand. With exercises to do at home and assistance to improve the way I move at work and home. 10/10 would recommend
Sport n Spine is the best. Jarmon isn't just a chiropractor; he's like a physio, a chiro, and an osteo all rolled into one! I'm sporty, but also delicate, so I get injuries. I've gone to him on and off for more that 5 years now. He's sorted out normal neck and back things, but also groins pull, ankle sprain, and actually taught me to walk differently so my Achilles tendons don't hurt any more!
Jarom is the best physio I have encountered. He is very knowledgeable and has all the answers and tips to get your body moving as it should. For the five months I have seen him, I move and sleep better. I highly recommend seeing him.
Definitely recommend! I've seen a lot of chiropractors and physios for chronic back pain and none have been as effective as the treatment I received here from Jarom. The exercises prescribed are easy and effective. Very nice facilities and easy to book an appointment online. Good prices especially with an ACC claim, which they will process for you.
Love the new location. I could not recommend a more commited and passionate chiropractor than Dr Armstrong. He has a vast depth of experience and knowledge. He is very effective at taking your concerns with a holistic approach to meet your needs.
