   I couldn’t be more impressed with Andy’s call-out windscreen replacement service from Novus. He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly. Even when there was an issue Andy went above and beyond to help and even helped me solve the problem and rebook when it was suitable for me. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. My old Honda civic looks brand new again! Especially when he noticed I was missing clips to which he came the following day to help replace them. Andy went above and beyond to make the whole process stress-free, and the quality of his workmanship truly stands out. Highly recommend Novus and especially Andy for anyone needing a reliable, top-notch windscreen replacement.

   Fantastic service to replace smashed side window - Novus contacted me the same day I lodged my insurance claim, and gave me a temporary plastic window cover that afternoon, plus vacuumed out all the broken glass. Next working day they received the replacement window and fitted it for me that afternoon. Just standout service, and pleasant folk to deal with. Thanks very much!

   Amazing to deal with, prompt with contacting with a quote, great customer service and arrived exactly when they said they would. The price was fixed no hidden costs, and outstandingly cheaper than other places in chch, and $100 cheaper than smith & smiths quote! Not an ideal situation after our car got broken into but the excellent service at Novus made it an easy fix!

   Exceptional customer service, making the booking process super easy and timely. Staff were incredibly efficient and had a great level of care. Was delighted to be slotted in so quickly after a car window was smashed on my vehicle with a break in. Very fast turn-around, thorough and efficient on the day of repair too! Highly recommend!    Good at answering phones, but not very good at responding back to me about my windscreen. Had appointment booked for today to get my windscreen repaired they guy came out and said had to go back see if they had right windscreen for my car. Was told i would be contacted if i had to wait another day. Had to end up calling myself to see how it’s tracking now have to wait till next Tuesday to hopefully get it replaced if i am lucky. Need to sort your communication out as i had my whole day waiting just to be told i had to wait till Tuesday
