I purchased a car from Jay recently, and I can say he is extremely friendly and makes the car shopping experience next level enjoyable. Jay is clearly very experienced, not only as a salesperson, but also in genuinely understanding each car he sells. Overall, I highly recommend shopping at Five Star Auto in Hamilton.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I chose the "premium" package, which was supposed to include an exterior wash, wax, tire shine, and full interior cleaning. What I actually got. Tires still dusty - no shine, no effort. Interior not even wiped properly; stains still on the seats Green mould not wiped out properly from windows and rubber beedings Lots of water marks. Busy or not, there's no excuse for this level of carelessness. I left feeling like l'd wasted both my time and money. Definitely will NOT be returning.

I donโt recommend it. I came to this place because mold appeared in my car, and I couldnโt deal with it using home remedies. So, I requested ozone treatment, and while I was at it, air conditioning cleaning as well. Jay told me he had seen worse cases and suggested the 3-star option. After 40 minutes of leaving the car, he called me to say that it was ready for pickup. Jayโs employee claims that the ozone treatment itself takes 30 minutes, so it doesnโt surprise me that the rest of the work looks like it was just wiped down with a cloth. Additionally, the car was not ventilated after the ozone treatment, which is dangerous to health. Jayโs employee was polite and corrected the areas I pointed out, but I still think the job wasnโt done thoroughly, as seen in the attached photos. While the ozone treatment was likely done, as there was a noticeable odor in the car, Iโm not so sure about the air conditioning. Perhaps regular customers are treated better, but in my opinion, itโs not worth overpaying for something you could do yourself at home.
I bought my own car in this car company last year, which has always been very patient and helpful to customers. Today, the tire was leaked by a nail. After hearing this, the owner immediately came to the scene to provide help and solved many problems. I sincerely thank the owner for his friendly help! This kind of service quality is definitely the best!
recommended by a friend for oil change service, easy to find and wasnt busy that day, no appointment needed. Overall experience was excellent, got things done quickly and cost less than others. Thank you again.

The one did great job for my car about Valet. Both inside and outside of my car was flash and clean! Finish on time and also offered car pick up and drop off service. Relly awesome service and price was reasonable!
Best service Iโve ever had for my car. The staff is very friendly. The front glass of my car is cracked. I brought it over in the morning and they changed it immediately with 3 hours. The price is reasonable and the service is good. I will go again.
