Fantastic shop, with really friendly staff. Really good range, from horse gear to clothing, footwear, kids toys and jewellery. I really like the jeans I got and staff were helpful in my choosing.
Fantastic range of products! I love going here and wasting hours just browsing. Staff are always accommodating and they don’t hound you and try to upsell or convince you to buy products. In my own personal opinion, that’s the best type of retail staff!
Was looking for a pair of boots for my wedding, and the blonde lady was quite condescending and rude. Have previously been in there and measured my foot to a boot size. She refused to allow me to try those boots on and wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and explaining. This was on the 15th of July and I was highly disappointed with the way she spoke her customer service was appalling
Never said hello when we entered the store or a goodbye. Quite a few staff members in the store at the time and they never even made eye contact with us.. no one asked if we needed a hand or anything. Not very nice to be made to feel invisible
Came & visited the store today to purchase boots for myself as a birthday treat. Was incredibly impressed with the vast choice of RM Williams boots and the boot fitting service that was provided to me which made for an exceptional shopping experience. The care and time the staff put into ensuring the fit and feel of boot, as well as the aftercare. I ended up leaving with 2 pairs as couldn’t decide, no doubt I’ll be back next time I’m in town
