Absolutely amazing experience. My facial literally made me feel so relaxed and my skin is so much more hydrated. My girl Holly did such a fantastic job and even gave tips for skin care afterwards. I fell asleep through the process and it was wonderful. Would 1000% go again.
Recently booked a massage session and arrived for that session to hear that it was canceled. I was then told that I could rebook in Auckland the following week which was also not possible due to a lack of staff. I am now stuck with a prepaid voucher that I am no longer able to use, with no compensation for the last minute cancellation and lack of communication. If the booking has been confirmed, it should not be ok to cancel on the spot and to also not offer any form of compensation.
I had a lovely facial today. I'll be back again. Only negative was the background music was a bit loud.
Courtney performed a 60 minute shellac pedicure for me today through a Grabone Voucher. She was very professional the cuticle work was perfect and I am thrilled with the end result! The south african manager was excellent and is truely a great role model for NZ beauty therapists! I highly recommend and with definitley be back
One of the tutors was incredibly rude to me when I said I had trouble getting through for an appointment. I explained that I had left messages on several days, and several weeks, but got no call back. She said customers would be called back, to which I replied, but I didn't. The conversation went back and forth until she advised that maybe I should not come here anymore, if I feel that way. What a great example of a tutor..... The treatments are great value for money, takes a bit longer but that's to be expected since it is a training environment and I don't expect the same level of expertise here than I would elsewhere. It's nice to get a cheaper massage and support the students at the same time. If you can get an appointment.
