   One of the worst management I have ever seen, Never listen on time, put fake blame on people who live in their property, no manners to talk to their tenants. I personally recommend never go with them. Gregory who should need to learn some manners about how to talk with their tenants. I have all the proof which shows the house was already in situation and he blames other to fix those things as he things everyone will pay as he say but he’s wrong. We know our rights and will fight. I will post all the results about Gregory that he is have the wrong service in the New Zealand. So people be careful before taking any property from them as they will put stuff on you as I remember he did put on the contractor who came to renovate the kitchen.

   Hi guys please don’t go with this property, they are so rude and Racism especially overseas people, and they do inspections every 2 month and they are so unprofessional, they always give court notice in inspections time and they always give 14 days notice even just in one minor mistake. Gregory is very rude . So guys ℹ recommended don’t go with this property. I know he delete my review. They do not allow 3 people in three bedroom house and when we asked for ad 1 tenant , he said this house is not suitable for 3 people i have all the emails which he replied us now they explain with very politely but i have all his emails so you guys can see how they treat with tenants. I repeat they are very unprofessional guys don’t go with this property.

   As a current tenant of a home managed by at home property management I just want to say I'm beyond happy with the way they have handled maintenance requests. Earlier this week my home was broken into I got on the phone and let Gregory the guy who handles all maintenance requests know what had just happened, within minutes someone was sent over to fix the door. Iam beyond greatful for the way they have helped and handled this already dreadful and horrid situation. Thanks at home property management.
