The food at Stables was good. Personally, I would have preferred the ribs with less sauce. The rest of the food was tasty. The place is huge inside and really nice, and the patio, where we were sitting, is beautiful too. It’s a great spot in the center of Cambridge to hang out and enjoy some sun.
Amazing food with amazing customer service, waiters are really respectful. Would definitely recommend coming here for lunch/dinner.
It was our first time dining at Stables on Alpha and everything was absolutely on point. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, stylish yet relaxed, perfect for a casual meal or a special outing. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. We both ordered the scotch. And ordered the crumbed mozzarella sticks as entre. The staff were friendly, attentive. Highly recommend.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Stables on Alpha in Cambridge! I ordered the Pan Seared Salmon with corn purée, cauliflower rice, almonds, orange segments, and a caper & raisin vinaigrette, it was absolutely delicious! I absolutely loved the flavour combinations, I’ve never had anything quite like it before, and it worked beautifully together. My husband had the Fish & Chips, perfectly cooked fish in a light, crispy batter with fries, salad, tartare and lemon, simple, fresh, and done right. I had the Virgin Passionfruit Mojito, which was super refreshing and full of flavour, and my husband enjoyed a Tiger Beer. Everything came out quickly, the service was warm and genuine, and the place has such a great vibe. The waitress, chef, and owner were all brilliant, you can really tell they care about their food and guests. We were lucky to have booked through First Table, and so glad we did. Highly recommend Stables on Alpha, fresh food, creative flavours, and top-notch hospitality!
Had a great lunch with friends and mum who was up from Christchurch. Had an amazing Salmon pizza, then cheese cake for dessert it was so delicious. Drinks on offer from the mocktail and cocktail range were great. Lovely atmosphere in front of the fireplace on a cold winters day, so cosy. Thank you to the waiter, he met our needs and showed great service skills. We'll definitely be back. Great range of food for all.
Great evening. We had a group of us. Pleased they took care of kids first, kept them happy. Food was awesome. Good size meals.Waitress was excellent. Sorry we left suddenly. Children had had enough. Will definitely go back. Thankyou.
Lots of gluten free options! We got the gf bruschetta and a pizza with gf base and both were fantastic!
