Delivery from Harvey Norman, good communication from Vanstar and arrived when they said they would. Very helpful getting the item into the house and where we wanted it.
Excellent service from Kyle and Matty who delivered my new lawn mower today. I wasn’t able to be home to collect it and they went above and beyond to ensure it was left in a safe and secure spot (and braved my friendly but big intense dog!). I had never heard of Vanstar before but Kyle and Matty were top tier and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again as a result.

Julian and Jeremy delivered our lounge suite yesterday. They were challenged by the size of the doorway through which they had to manoeuvre the suite but they did it - cheerfully and professionally. Plus, they also shifted out our other lounge suite into our garage. Would highly recommend Vanstar service - these guys are a credit to the company
