   We just went for a nosey around. Took the dog for a walk with us. Lovely development, with a new school within easy walking distance and about 5minutes drive to Rangiora shopping precinct, service station, medical centres and supermarkets Well woth a look.

   Townsend Fields walkway. A pleasant, gentle walk on wide, level paths with seating areas, ponds, lots of ducks & views to the mountains. Two recommendations to the Waikmak Council would be to clear the waterways feeding into the ponds of choking vegetation & to put some swings & equipment up for the children.
