Ive had an account with these guys for years and I’ve tried contacting them so many times over the years with no response as they are still receiving payments from me.
I have been trying to contact this company for the last 2 weeks. It’s like they barely answer their phones or check their answering machine. I ordered a combo of an Xbox with a controller and a iPhone X, was told I would get them both that week.. the Xbox and controller came in so I was excited with prompt delivery after speaking with them, then nothing.. rung them the following week and finally got through 3 days later and told they thought it was already sent out and I would have it by the end of the week.. it’s been 2wks since. Still no phone and no call back or answering of their phones. On the plus side.. really friendly customer service when you do get through.
