   Went to get wof today, waited in a line for 40mins only to be told when they opened that they are booked up for today ..How pathetic VTNZ, ive used Rangiora vtnz for the past few years & have NEVER had to book in advance... Never again will I use them.

   Just would like to leave this honorable feedback about the amazing experience I've recieved from Troy over the course of sitting my Restricted Driving Test's, I have had the privilege to have gotten him twice, he's possibly the best Testing Officer, very chill/professional, friendly, supportive, honest & reassuring. Dude is just so charismatic and great with people, empathetic and really understands the mindset of you as the driver, he takes the ease off. Explains and sums up everything about your Driving afterwards in a way that makes the most perfect sense and understanding possible, such as how to improve and gives critical feedback along the way (especially the well graphed drawings of different scenarios during your test during the Debrief, to reflect on) - even on minor things he observes from your driving which can make you overall a better driver, which has been very impactful in my hopeful journey to gradual Success. I greatly appreciate it, just hearing that my driving has "improved" over past tests is a relief, and just what I needed to hear. It's nice to have an open discussion about your driving, as he aims to set you in the right direction so we both can see eye to eye as his main goal is to help people. It motivates me more to keep trying, aswell put in the practice needed to work on my mistakes. I also do have to give credit of course to Leana, who was great and supportive, after personally disclosing I had failed 3 times prior, she had come from a lot of experience and was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me tips to be patience and wait beforehand, which will be my endeavour for next time, pointed out my driving was improving in the end and offered good solutions speaking from previously being a Driving Instructor, very honest. She made it a friendly and calm environment. Thank you for your help today.

   Came in at 4pm on a wendesday to renew my licence, apparently I was lucky because they stop doing licences at 4pm even though they close at 5pm. No signs saying that no licence processing after 4pm. So take the service persons advice and go across the road to the AA, might be cheaper too.

   If I could give this place less stars I would. Absolutely shocking lack of service, called in early for a wof after work, told to come back tomorrow, come back, get told no wofs. Both times they made me wait in line to tell me this, what is a testing station that can't do a wof? less than one star I'd say. Avoid

   Sat my full this morning, as you would expect I was a tad nervous. I got there, the office lady was friendly and easy to talk to. My tester Liana was so lovely, made me feel at ease and was pleasant to be around. It was a nice way to end my licensing journey, as I passed with flying Colors.

   VTNZ Rangiora are a great team. They are professional in the approach to all facets of customer requirements. The site access is easy and you are respected for each form of assessment. They have heart, it's not easy telling a customer about a car warrant fail or driving test.

   I booked my restricted license test this morning at 10:15am and I wasn’t late for it. Around 10:04am, the coach showed up and said we can fill the form after the test is done. I was quite wondering because it should have some processes before the test begin, like checking my eyes or make sure I am not color blind that kind of stuff. When we were on the car, then she asked me if I wear glasses, I said I did surgery so no longer need glasses. Then she told me that is not allowed, all that stuff with paper work that she cannot let me take my test. And there’s no refund for that even though I didn’t take the test and they cannot rearrange the time! The reception lady really didn’t know manners, when I was trying to talk about it, she just kept say ‘regardless what you say, you didn’t wear glasses.’ How could she be so rude? It made me feels like it’s a mistake to me and she was so proud of it. This place is so unprofessional. They don’t care if you’re can see things clearly or if you’re color blind, they even don’t have this process to check, but due to some paper work they just can’t let you drive and there’s no refund. The reception lady should be fired, I have seen a lot of comments about her, and the name is Marianna.
