Walked in, said Hello - shop keeper looked at me and didn’t say anything and continued yapping to her friend. How RUDE, will take my money elsewhere. How tacky!
We purchased a product from this as first time customers. The product was defective and we returned the next with all labels in tact and never worn. She first made me feel like I could not afford the item and want to return it. Then changed her story by implying I am overweight and tried to purchase a item that would never fit me. We were super offended by her rudeness, lack of customer empathy and unwillingness to listen. Would not go back there and would not recommend the store.
Was browsing this morning in store, when I hear the staff member say to another customer she is just going to bring the rack inside the store because there are “some undesirables” outside. It turns out she was referring to my husband, who was patiently waiting for me. Neither of us are “undesirables” and neither of us will be back! How rude and disrespectful!

OMG this place rocks!!! The clothing here is so unique and distinctive. It was like a feast for my eyes! Such beautiful quality. I wish I had an infinite bank account, as I'd be buying things here all the time. First time in here for me today and I'll definitely be going back. The owner is absolutely lovely and customer service was top notch. I'm an Oxford convert!!
