We got 2 burger combos for dinner, 1 plant based and both burgers tasted like a waste of money. Plant based was like chewing rubber and the mega stacker looked like it was sat on, depressing for $40. Worst BK we’ve been to
I had a very disappointing experience. The lady at the counter did not call my number and gave my order to someone else, even though I was standing right in front of the counter by the kiosk, clearly waiting. I was already starving, and if the other customer hadn’t returned my order, I would have been extremely upset. On top of that, there was no smile, no greeting, and absolutely no effort to provide basic customer service. When the mistake happened, she didn’t apologize or show any reaction at all. This shows a serious lack of training and professionalism. Management needs to address this immediately because situations like this should not happen to paying customers. Workers like these should be re trained or let go, because there are a lot of people looking for work that can be waay better.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing customer service I always receive at Burger King chartwell. The staff member Haylee who served me and my family she went above and beyond – she is always friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s not often you come across such genuine, helpful service, and she truly made my visit a great experience. Thank you for making me and my family feel valued as customers – I’ll definitely be coming back as this is my fav place to be a big back!
Today I had ordered my food and when I stood up to grab my last order at the counter I returned to the manager yelling at a young boy around the age of 13-14 and threatening to assault him. Zero stars is exceptional for this horrible place. Do not go.
Friendly staff and good value food. Cheap compared to McDonald’s and KFC. The only negative is that the store needs a good clean. The main door is filthy and covered in fingerprints & the floor is all sticky. Overall though I’m happy with how my visit went.
We were served by Ms King who was not onky doing her duty but providing a true service- welcoming warm.and friendly countenance . MS King was obliging and benevolent in her serving. She made our Mother's Day lunch quite special. Thanks Ms King and the burger King Chartwell
This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. Dirty unclean and un cared for. 90 % of tables were covered with rubbish, the floor was filthy and scattered with food. The windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. When I tried to speak to the manager she said she was to busy and not interested in what I had to say. She was so rude we left and will never return. I would not recommend this restaurant for Hygiene reasons and terrible staff.
My wife and I haven't been in a time but visited this Bk last night around 715ish, was welcomed by a young guy with exceptional manner and so courteous. Was so impressed, to top it off the food was exceptional! We got a cheese burger king box plus a rodeo combo and it's never been so good, hot and fresh. So stoked. Thanks team Bk Chartwell! Keep up the awesome work.
