My husband brought a 90min double Therapeutic massage for my birthday. The whole experience was outstanding. I will be requesting this birthday present every year now.
My friend and I were able to get a same day booking and used the $10 welcome off code. Thai touch is professional, clean and all of the staff we dealt with were wonderful. My massage therapist checked in to make sure the room temp was suitable as well as the pressure (I had a deep tissue massage). I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. I see there are multiple locations and there is a loyalty card. Couldnβt fault it.
That was a truly deserved 5-star massage experience from the moment I stepped in until the moment I left. Every little detail was just PERFECT. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with the iconic scent of Thai lemongrass β instantly transporting you to a spa in Thailand. They even cover your parking in the CBD, which was such a pleasant surprise and shows how much they value the customer experience. You're then asked to leave your shoes and are given slippers to continue into the spa β a small but thoughtful detail. My massage therapist was from Phuket, and most of the staff speak Thai and Chinese, which adds to the authenticity of the Thai Touch Spa. It truly feels like a little trip to Thailand. The therapist regularly checked in with me during the massage and even adjusted the air conditioning to ensure I was comfortable. As you lie face-down on the massage table, you notice a beautiful mat with stones and flowers on the floor below β just one more example of how thoughtfully theyβve curated every element of the experience. Soft, calming music plays in the background throughout. Just before the massage ends, the therapist places a warm towel on your shoulders and massages your neck and upper traps β and I think I had one of the best neck, head, and face massages Iβve ever experienced. I felt pleasant tingles down my back. Afterward, you're offered a warm, wet towel to wipe off any remaining oil if you wish. Then you can relax in the lounge with a hot cup of tea and a piece of rich dark chocolate. The interior is beautiful β modern yet warm and cozy, with stylish touches and softly dimmed lighting. And before you go, they even give you a loyalty card to keep you coming back (which I definitely will!).

Beautiful new facility! I love all of them and this new Tauranga one is stunning. My massage therapist was amazing. I couldnβt be happier. I am a regular customer and have been for the last 4 years. Would highly recommended!

This new massage shop is so amazing. Clean, large and luxurious. My therapist Sue is so friendly and nice. Her massage is perfect as well. Suitable for group booking cus this place is large enough to take five members of my family at the same time, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!
