Always a great hair cut.like going here always on a Thursday to get the pleasant young woman who cuts my hair in a way that always looks really smart.Not a small task on such an ugly old bugger like me. Also such a pleasant chat about families and things we have been doing .
Reluctantly returned to this barber today after our preferred barber was shut. About 2 years ago I vowed never to return after a rude encounter with the hairdresser over my child having "a sniffle". Today unfortunately we were met by the same rude lady who immediately complained about knots in my child's hair, making it out to be much worse than it was. Anyway this time I absolutely will never return and judging by the reviews I think a serious chat to staff about customer service and basic maners would go a long way.
3rd time been in, advertised open till 5pm..Tuesday 1.30pm and get told, with 1 person waiting that she hasn't got time as shuts at 2pm, bout time you changed website hours then..last time she was having her lunch, was 11.30 and only opens at 9...for working people trying to get cut pretty flamin hard..
Went in for an ordinary men’s haircut. Got charged $45 vs the $27 advertised. Because I had a change in style from a very short mullet. She even took way more off than I asked for. Unreasonable price gouging. Will not go again. I would not have got my haircut if I knew she would charge $45

WOW - OVER the segregation in this country. I brought my 7 year old son into Darryl Inglis Barbershop in Morrinsville. A 7 years old refused a haircut because he doesn't have a vaccine passport. I replied with "he's only 7". The lady informed me "that due to close contact she is unable to work without proof of double vaccination regardless of age" ....... I really hadn't prepared for this even given how recently the vaccine rollout for 5 - 12 years began. Is it even possible for that age group to have recieved both vaccines? There seems no real evidence proving that vaccine reduces spread with this variant, only severity. In light of this scientific evidence why are vaccinated so afraid of unvaccinated? Both carry and spread the same. I'M LIVID
