   Brian was the mortgage broker on an important real estate deal I was on. It wasn't a straightforward deal but thanks to Brian's excellent skill and ability to work in well with the banks, lawyers and real estate agent we were able to secure his client finance. Very pro-active, intelligent and most of all, easy to deal with! Made a complex situation (almost) easy. 100% recommend.

   My partner Blake and I were referred to Brian from a good friend. We had been wanting to start the process of buying our own home for a long time, but had zero idea of where to start or what was involved. It seemed like a goal we wouldn’t be able to achieve on our own, at least without some help and advice. As soon as we had that first conversation with Brian, it was the motivation we needed to get the ball rolling. Brian didn’t over complicate things, yet he was still very thorough and always ensured we were on the same page. He took care of the communication between the other parties involved and made sure we had the correct paperwork, signed at the right time, and sent to the right people. During this process we also reviewed our life insurances. We have ended up significantly better off with this, we are paying less premiums and have better cover all round. We are now proud owners of our first home and couldn’t be happier. A goal we thought wouldn’t be achievable for a while yet. This has happened thanks to Brian and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, invest or just wanting some good honest advice.
