   We found the guys and Greig extremely helpful from first contact when they gave us excellent advice on what Robot mower to choose for our terrain right down to taking us to see one running at a customers own home. They called at our place several times to give us excellent advice and today they did a remarkable job of installing a fantastic robotic all terrain mower to transform a difficult back yard into a lawn!!    Very poor service was told 2 to3 weeks has taken 6 weeks only because I complained. Had to go and get my mower so I could mow my lawns. Was assured I would not loose my spot in the queue. 1 weeks after I returned the lawn mower I asked how it was coming along a lovely young girl said she would put it on the list straight away. I returned yesterday a week later to be told my lawn mower was not at the shop. I lost the plot guy found it and said he would do it straight away. I wished they gave me 6 weeks to pay the bill. This was a terrible and stressful experience. I will not use or recommend to anyone. $155.00 was the bill honestly It would be cheaper to buy a new one for a extra $100 and no stress

   Witnessed very aggressive behaviour by the manager of this store to a seemingly reasonable question from a customer. The manager then made violent threats to the customer. Not recommended avoid at all cost.
