   John was excellent; he took the time to inform me fully of the situation with my MacBook and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service and clarify expectations, as I did tell him I am not computer savvy at all - I am truly a luddite! I was really appreciative of the good service, and John's thoughtful manner. Would recommend.

   Always be careful when going here. If, still under warranty, they'll initially tell you it's covered, but later, after inspection, they'll tell you it's not covered and charge you a hefty fee. If you give up on repairing it, they'll charge you an inspection fee. The problem is, they don't mention the inspection fee when you first contact them. They say it's on the paperwork I signed, but when I asked if they were required to verbally disclose it, they lied. When I initially asked why they said it was covered, they lied, saying they were mistaken. When their lie was exposed, they immediately denied saying anything like that. They should have clearly stated that the warranty period is still valid after inspection, and that if it's not covered, they'll charge you an inspection fee. They don't do this at all. Record your conversations with the receptionist.

   Service plus, specifically John, was extremely helpful in retrieving all my data from my dead machine. Multiple phone calls to ensure how it was being done was what I needed and managed to save all my crucial files and having to redo lots of work. Very grateful and happy with their service!

   I absolutely adore the plants in the reception area — they add such a warm and calming touch to the space. The reason for my lower rating is due to my experience with the initial diagnosis of my phone issue. I had made a reservation through Apple, and when I arrived and explained the problem, the receptionist quickly told me it would cost over $900 to repair a chip. Unfortunately, this felt like a rushed conclusion. I ended up taking my phone elsewhere for a second opinion, and it turned out the issue was simply a screen replacement — much simpler and significantly less expensive. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the receptionist was efficient, welcoming, and clearly skilled at what she does. I just wish there had been a bit more exploration of the issue before jumping to such a costly assumption.

   Absolutely the best service at Service Plus. We had our iPhone XS battery upgraded a few days ago & our phone is working so much better now. We are super thrilled Service Plus had a new battery for us as they are becoming obsolete now. Service repair was fast & pickup was the same day. We were updated every step of the way through Gmail where they were at with the replacement of our battery. They also did a thorough check on my phone before and after to see that it was running well. Happy with the price and upgrade. A good mention for the lovely receptionist she answered any questions or concerns we had. 5 star overall for Service Plus will remember them if we have any repairs needed. Thanks for my new iPhone Service Plus would certainly be lost with out it & affordability was a big concern.

   Customer service is horrible, the technician didn’t look me in the eye once during our 10 minute interaction! This company is a complete and total rip off. They held my phone for almost a week and all they did was a 5 minute software update, charged me $50 and it hasn’t fixed the issue!!. I won’t be coming back and I won’t be recommending to any friends and family.

   Took my iPhone 11 in because it wasn’t reading SIM cards. They charged $50 to put their own SIM card in and tell me they can’t get replacement parts in for it. I’m quite sure they could have told me that without charging the $50. Said the phone was a write off and quoted me for a new one. Dropped it off somewhere else on the way home picked it up the next day working perfectly for $75. Felt like I got scammed at service plus

   Took my MacBook into Service Plus with an issue, turned out I needed a new logic board. The staff were friendly and said it wouldn't be looked at until the next week as they were busy and ended up with my device back working within 1 week! The job was even covered for warranty and completely free! Easy to check updates with regular text/emails, super efficient team!

   Got my MacBook fixed here, it needed a whole logic board replaced. I found Service Plus to be great with communication and you can track your job the whole way online. Everything was explained well, and friendly service too. I highly recommend! P.s. sorry the photos aren't great, all the good stuff happens behind the door to the workshop!
