There's one particular salesperson here who watches you like a hawk and will pester you as soon as you pick up an item. Because of that I avoid the place.
As much as there was good stock to look at and a good sale I did not appreciate being hassled by salespeople every time I looked or picked up an item that I may have liked. Far too pushy and did not make me feel that I wanted to buy anything there because of this. Consequently we left with no purchase and went to another shop with better service .
Felt like they were following us around the store. Old white blonde lady accosted my 7 year and asked if she was going to buy the toy she was holding. She then proceeded to follow us around the store. Racial profiling at its finest.
Rita from Oneroa Chances shop had given excellent service & very experienced in the position . She was so helpful assisting me me to choose proper attire for a funeral that day. Bless her the garments would be versatile in wear on other occasions. Friendly service she is told!!!
Thanks so much to Rita for the help, brought a wetsuit that didn't fit online and she helped me sort it with store credit.
Vary strange lady apparently you not allowed to remove items you looking at off the clothes hanger she did this to me and my daughter reattached to hanger then put back on shelf. And if you query the price then look out.
We didn’t buy anything, but thought the selection was amazing. Rita was the standout though. She was so helpful, smiley and accomodating.
I was in this shop recently buying a swim suit and was impressed with how helpful Rita was and her willingness to go the extra mile. She was great! A lovely helpful manner .
Nice staff but we brought a Waboba ball that need air. Now where was able to pump it for us, they wouldn't accept a return only an exchange which ended up cost us more. Sad that they couldn't keep a bike pump or at least sell useable product at purchase
