   Have had consistently awesome service throughout my four years with Farm St Family health centre. From the friendly receptionists/administrators, through to the nurses that have done my bubs immunisations and the Doctors. We have seen Victoria, Wendy, Andrew and Charlotte. They have all been thorough, helpful and supportive. Especially through the first year of my babies life when I suffered post partum depression and my son had severe eczema. Obviously there are limits to what they can do but I was referred to specialists when required. It can be hard to get in sometimes on the same week but I think nationwide GP’s are under strain. The staff always put me on a cancellation list as we just live down the road and do their best to get me seen - especially if my toddler is sick. Sometimes the appointments at the end of the day can run 15-20 late but again I think it is the nature of the service and when I have had the foresight to ring before coming in they say if the Dr is on-time or running a bit late. All in all a great community doctors and I would highly recommend.

   I've been really happy with my move to Farm St. I had heard great things and my expectations have certainly been met. We see Dr Victoria and she's fantastic! So thorough, so caring, so knowledgeable. We've also seen Dr Wendy and Dr Charlotte and they have been great too. Reception staff are very friendly. All around, a great clinic!

   I am disappointed with Dr Andrew Costos, Moreland and Krugar were no better, these Dr's I've been seeing them for years, and I've always been sickly, they did not know what was wrong with, useless, Andrew Costos not a doctor, useless couldn't diagnose nothing for couple years, He referred me to PHO, it seem I had Mental health issues, past Trauma, prescibe wrong medication under Andrew Costos, PHO helped me fill in the gaps, and Farms St Family still can't get it right. I move over to 15 Ave MedCare, it seems there were missing my medical records of years, Dr's at 15 Ave Medical Centre did not have most of my medical records, Dr's needs to be re-educated

   It’s a shame Dr Kerry retired, she was my doctor for years and was very kind and helpful. The receptionists and nurses are also friendly, and my new Dr, Doctor Stephanie Chrisholm was very helpful and friendly even though it was her first day working there. Thank you Farm Street, I am happy and healthy thanks to your care.

   Very disappointed with our appointment, once again not listened too. Our doctor we saw was coral Dixon, nice person but very dismissive and I can't explain my frustrations enough.

   Fantastic staff ! Great doctors plenty parking. Very happy . I have been with Dr Caisly for 32 years ! Would never leave unless moved town .
