Always go to Driveline for my car needs for a few years now. Great team Kellie in the office is a wonderful help and Nick has alot of knowledge and is able to take his time and explain things for us non mechanically minded folk to understand. Definately avoid! I saw a fb ad for this company which is what i had been looking for to take my diesel 4wd to. On looking at the ad it took me to messenger but i didnt message. I like to check reviews first after bad experiences. I saw the reviews advising bad service so i moved on. Then i recieved a message on msnger from them asking if they can help me. To which i replied i was thinking of using their service but upon reading the reviews on bad service i didnt bother. They replied by asking where i had seen this review. By the time i had gone back to the google review to share it to them on messenger they decided to block me! SO YES DEFINATELY AVOID! SEEMS TO HAVE A VERY BAD ATTITUDE! Thankgod for google reviews!

I highly recommend avoiding this place! From the get go we felt uneasy dealing with them, and we really wish we had trusted our instincts and just gone somewhere else, however because a friend of the owner had recommended the place we went ahead. We took our car in because the 'check engine' light was on, no other issues but obviously we wanted whatever was going on sorted out. They ran the diagnostic test, told us what was wrong, gave us the quote and we gave them the go ahead to complete the repairs. (I just want to point out when we dropped our car off it was driving absolutely fine with no issues, we just wanted whatever was causing the engine light to show up to be sorted) When we picked the car up it was in worse condition than when we dropped it off! The engine light was still on, and the oil light too, the engine was making a high pitched whirring noise, and losing power. Driveline have denied any responsibility and 'claim' it was completely fine when they took it for a test drive. We have now had to take our vehicle to another mechanic to fix up whatever they have done. We paid just under $2000 for repairs there just for the car to be worse off than it was in the beginning. The person we dealt with -Mark, who I believe is the owner was rude and dismissive when I tried to figure out what was going on. He accused me of sending an abusive email (I'm more than happy to show anyone the email I sent expressing my dissapointment) It certainly was not abusive in any way! You have to put a lot of trust in to a mechanic, you trust they are being truthful and they know what they are talking about, and you trust that they will repair your car. We plan on taking this further, but in the meantime, I just wanted to let people know this is not a trustworthy place to go, and you should absolutely find a different mechanic to take care of your car!
