   Terrible service, especially from Rosario. Rung a total of 5 times to resolve a paid parking fine, sent screenshot of it and they still couldn't be bothered looking in to it. Had a supervisor put me on speaker after asking to speak to her. Completely unprofessional and feel bad for anyone who unfortunately has to deal with these people. Hopeless.

   you company would have to be one of the most useless company to deal with. I paid your company 730 dollars by mistake its been over a week with multipul staff telling me they will sort with no action then told you will email me a form to fill out for a refund but then three days after getting nothing being told you its now getting sent in the mail. I honestly the worst experience iv ever had !!!!

   Took a debt that was paid, then made me do the legwork to prove it had been paid. Then didn't update it as paid for weeks causing my prices with suppliers to be worse.

   Great communication and super easy to deal with. I think the other negative reviews on here are from people who didn't actually try to contact Baycorp at all and tried to avoid their debts. The team helped me get sorted quickly and easily and made a difficult & frightening situation into a pleasant experience. Thanks for your work team! Especially with all the rude people out there!

   I had my credit rating tarnished unfairly in april 2018. I was told it would be wiped. Now today (9/1/19) I applied for a simple $1000 overdraft for an urgent flight up north to attend my uncles funeral. I was declined because of my "debt" with baycorp. I am now unable to go simply because someone at baycorp didn't do their job properly. Companies like this fail to see that stupid little mistakes like this can actually have fairly devastating consequences for customers. I remember at the time they were very rude to me, and even today I got talked down to like I'm a piece of $h!t. They are horrible to deal with and have next to no regard for people, and are only capable of apologising in a similar way that a sibling is forced to apologise to the other sibling by a parent. Baycorp probably wonder why their reputation is mud, but they've got no one to blame but themselves.

   Absolutely appalling - we rang to dispute a bill that occurred from fraud. Instead of sorting the matter out - Baycorp insisted we pay - they refused to give reference details from the supplier (the supplier knew us as we had been regular customers years before, and had already stated we did not have a bill with them nor were we owing any monies). We kept being sent to the Philippines talking to people who did not know what to do.
