These guys are amazing. Scanner not working on my printer - took it in this am and Steve had it turned around and fixed same day under warranty. Brilliant service - should be a lesson to other service providers - thanks Steve Iām back on line same day!!!
Excellent communication and service. My printer had an intermittent paper feed malfunction. The issue was correctly diagnosed and rectified in a timely manner. Very pleased with the outcome.

Situated on CAmeron Road, in what looks like a very old building, one could be forgiven for thinking 'Really a Brother Service Centre in a place lime this'. Well one is in for a very big mistake.. Tim and the team, are professional, helpful and above all clever when it comes to printer issues.. We have taken our printers in for service or repair many times now and well, we can only say wonderful. Teriffic customer service, excellent problem solving, and above all committed to Brothers Warranty program.. Keep up the good work..
