   Just like the late and great Adam West, Adam Southwell was able to swoop in and save the day. Not in a Batman costume but close enough, as the PCWorks superhero we all need out east. Despite MY request to put my laptop as a low priority fix, Adam, silently ensured it was done within a day... beating my expectation and some! Adam is diligent, prompt and friendly. Welcoming me into his office to talk through his meticulous procedure. The laptop he fixed has never been better. I couldn't recommend him more. If you have an issue and want fast, reliable turnover, go to this gentleman.

   I would like to take a moment to commend the fantastic service that I received from Adam at PC Works located in Howick. When leaving one’s laptop with someone else charged with its adjustment and repair it takes a huge amount of trust about the safety and confidentiality of the content that lies within. The fear of losing that information vanished once I met Adam. I trusted my laptop would be returned in perfect working order with all data intact. Adam was very responsive whenever I needed to chat with him, and the adjustments and parts replacement relating my laptop were expert and exact. His subsequent follow-up a few days later to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend Adam at PC works for anybody who needs a professional IT expert that they can trust in terms of looking after such precious and important information kept on one’s laptop.

   Adam was amazing, just moved to New Zealand with all my parts dismantled and fixed it myself. I kept having freezing and sometimes PC wouldn’t boot up. Adam took a day to thoroughly inspect and troubleshoot the problem and reassembled the entire PC and now it works perfectly. He also found a faulty hard drive which he provided me with a few options to ensure you get the best possible option for your budget. Great experience overall and saved me a couple of grand, was thinking to buy a whole new gaming pc before i spoke to Adam.
