   I got in touch with Toni when I was three days into my 10-day due diligence after I signed the conditional offer. Without any hesitation, Toni jumped onto my case right away. Under such a short period of time (7 business days) and huge pressure, she was calm, super efficient and very professional. She has assisted me to apply for the loan, met the due diligence day, locked in the interest rate just before the rate went up the next day, and patiently explained all my questions. We made it and settled on due day. As my birthday was just a few days after settlement, Toni posted two live plants to my new home as both a housewarming gift and birthday gift. I really appreciate it. As a first-time home buyer, I admit applying for the loan and getting sorted to complete settlement is daunting and overwhelming, but Toni reassured me and walked me through the whole process.
