The team here are absolutely wonderful! It is such a calm environment. Dr Ian is amazing, he always checks to make sure I am comfortable throughout the appointment. Going to the dentist is now something I don’t dread! I would highly recommend.
Highly recommend Smile in beachlands, Dr Ian was very accommodating and liaised clear instructions from the beginning. He ensured i was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and ensured I had plenty of rest also. Him and his team were great and I absolutely love the results. 10/10!

Excellent service! Could not recommend enough. Ian was very communicative throughout my whole experience from consultation, to setting up a plan, explaining in plain English what needed to be done now, later and what to watch out for. Even during the procedure he was regularly checking that there wasn’t any pain, letting me know what he was doing next and what to expect. I always dread going to the dentist but Ian and his team made my whole experience pleasant. I will be making them my regular dentist from my and will be moving my daughter and husband there! Opening hours are great too.
My husband and I recently attended the Smile Dental- Beachlands clinic and we can honestly say it was a pleasure. Dr Ian Seto is a fantastic dentist. He is incredibly patient with my anxiety issues and performs the necessary procedures with care and diligence. My teeth are the cleanest and healthiest they have been in my adult life. He always explains the necessary steps required, is always happy to answer questions and also offers alternatives if the situation allows. I would very highly recommend Dr Ian Seto to anyone.
Dr Ian Seto was amazing and so professional and great to deal with. For someone who has had a fear of dentists he made me feel very calm, explained everything so clearly and has a very nice manner. Recently I had dental treatment with Dr Ian Seto for a couple of teeth giving me toothache.. Wow! I was really impressed. Prior to the treatment everything was fully explained to me and I found him to be kind, understanding and courteous with excellent customer service skills. Believe it or not even the injections he administered were painless.The lady assisting was also very friendly and helpful.They are certainly focused on giving the best service possible to their patients.
