ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! Sarah (from the UK) is the most rude and obnoxious "dentist" EVER! She hurt my daughter who has been in pain for 4 days now... tapped ON the sore tooth TWICE. Insinuated that I was late, when I was 10 minutes EARLY. Huffed and puffed at the questions I asked, rolled her eyes. DISGUSTING behavior from a so called "professional"!
It seems I'm not the first to comment on the dentist's lack of empathy for kids. She was very cold and impatient with our 7-year-old son, leaving him quite traumatized. A little reassurance could have made a big difference. This review doesn't reflect the rest of the staff, as the hygienist and reception are amazing.
I was lucky enough to get a cancellation with Chelsea the Hygienist today. Honestly the best scale, clean and polish I’ve had. Really gentle and I now have a gleaming smile and my teeth feel amazing! Thank you to the lovely Lynda, so welcoming and really excellent customer service skills. Really appreciate you all and I look forward to my yearly visits.
Took my 7yr old and they couldn't have been nicer. Made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Even gave her a wee toy when she was finished. Excellent service. Highly recommend
Brand new facility. Very experienced surgeon. Been here few times. Very happy with the treatment.
