   Elly is a total professional with magic hands! I feel very fortunate to have been on holiday in the Mount and connected and had a massage with Elly Hunt Sports Rehab Therapist @Powered By Prevention. I was looking for a person who had a deep knowledge of sports, training, the body and massage to give me a quality recovery massage. My experience with Elly far exceeded all expectations. She is a total expert and knows her profession. The massage was excellent, annd hit all target areas. Impressed! The added value is the wholistic approach she had and excellent communications. From my experience my sense is, Elly is a really good human being who genuinely cares. She went out of her way to accomodate me amongst her regular clients (so appreciated given I was a holiday maker) and ensure her service met my needs. Next time I’m back at The Mount I’ll be booking a massage and checking out the other services Powered by Prevention offers. The facilities were clean, welcoming and another staff member meet on the day was welcoming, warm and friendly. Thanks Elly!

   I have been working with Elly an the Powered By Provention team both in clinic an on-site at events/competitions for 3 years now. Thru regular massage she has helped me power thru some of the hardest training cycles. 18months ago I fractured a vertebrae in my lower spine , Elly worked with my physio an strength an conditioning coach to make sure I had a safe and progressive plan to get me back to what I love doing...
