Sheltered, but often the frequency of buses is far too low (usually an hour between except for peak hours, which is only a few hours). Basically if you're at uni for an entire day you might have to stay even longer just to get home. Compared to UC's 15 minute frequency for most of the day, I think a half-hour frequency for much more of the day than currently is the bare minimum.
