   Ordered Christmas stickers & because I wasn’t home for a small package they didn’t deliver it or even try to contact me… truely shocking as they could’ve left it in the mailbox as it’s the same size as a envelope

   Polite staff, yet ongoing issue with pick ups on a Saturday if you missed a parcel on Friday, Saturday is listed as a business day on their card but lazy courier staff do not unload parcels on Friday evening ,meaning that you need to pick up Monday Midday. Totally unacceptable and had this issue multiple times - made complaints but NZ post does not care

   This is the PO Box for Botany Town Centre. Not a post office! You can open and set up a PO here are there is staff on site, and transferring boxes couldn't be easier. The staff seem to be long time employees, as they are very experienced at their job and are quick to the chase. There is a modest amount of parking space, but as it's a place where people only briefly stop by it is usually free. Would recommend.

   Not a good place to trust your mail to be delivered. The woman there with the nose piercing and dark hair seems to like to play games and tell me misleading information. Very unprofessional. This woman was not candid with me and may have stolen my parcel or set it up this way.. She took my phone and did something to it when she had it at her computer to look at the tracking info. She told me that my item was delivered the day before and signed for but I asked by who as nobody in NZ has my name or ID and she only said an investigation is going and she was grinning at me and almost chucking when she told me this. Nothing else. A police report has been filed against them. Be very weary of this post delivery location and I am surprised the NZ Post allows such people to represent them and act this way. Truly a shocker! I will never have any mail delivered there ever again with such low standards and professionalism as this. Please improve your standards NZ Post and try to train people to have better conduct in how they treat your customers or try to harm them is a better way to put it. Customers do have rights and especially when their property was managed by NZ Post in another country that has stricter laws than NZ when it comes to mail or property theft. If NZ Post wishes to do business there then they have to abide by the laws in that country in regards to mail/property theft or face potential criminal charges or perhaps even a lawsuit. NZ Post is responsible for how people who work for them handle their mail and theft as well. Theft is a criminal charge and they can try to cover that up by saying it is lost but that is not going to work in this case as I do not consent to your criminal staff taking my property or playing games with my property to try to harm me. They are more or less unhappy in their work and what they do so take it out on customers or steal their stuff.
