Such a bad experience with the medical center, this morning i had three calls and waited for 18 mnts and call went disconnected, no one care to attend and return the call. We shifted here due to close to our house but this one I found more pathetic center.
Total incompetence at this medical practice, took an hour off work to drive in there to collect some signed forms, rang an hour earlier to make sure they were ready to collect, arrived and was told that they were not available. These forms are required for my 89 year old Mum so she can get a medic alert! Disgraceful Service!
I just wanted to renew my prescription, but I was told I had to see a doctor. Obviously I saw a doctor last time who didn't give me any useful advice and just gave me the prescription which I have used it for long time. Today, I just want to renew the prescription, but why let me have to see doctor. I needed not to see doctor and renew the prescription at my used medical center. Do I have to pay $58 registration fee to get the prescription now?
Always a good result. Jon has been my doctor for years and his dad was my doctor for many years prior to that. Easy to talk to.
This is a nice health facility, with a wide range of health services, spacious car park, coffee shop and pharmaceutical shop.
